Ever been told, ‘Don’t get mad, get…’?
It is true. Getting mad is a waste of time. It gives you a headache and an ugly neck; it is bad for your health, and bad for your emotional and spiritual energy.
So instead of getting mad, here are some other options!!!
* Don’t get mad, get quiet
The next time you are about to absolutely lose it, don’t. Breathe and say NOTHING at all.
One, you will feel better and not say anything you regret, and Two, the person you are mad at will get worried.
Nigerian mothers have been doing this for years, learn from it!
* Don’t get mad, get silly
When you are angry, laugh, dance, and sing.
Do anything silly to get you through that anger and you will find a way out!
* Don’t get mad, get stuffed
Food makes the world go round. Next time someone makes you mad, get some ice cream or a really good meal instead. Eating your favourite meal will cheer you up!
* Don’t get mad, get dodo
My cousin got mad the other day but he had to make dodo for his mum. I watched him. The simple act of cutting the dodo and frying it took away all his anger fast. Plus, who can stay mad in the presence of golden brown goodness???
* Don’t get mad, get buffed
The next time someone makes you mad and it is someone you can’t express your anger towards, just think of their face when you work out and see your muscles grow!
Punching bags are especially great for this!!!
* Don’t get mad, get a tattoo
Maybe not.
But maybe yes.
* Don’t get mad, get even
The classic.
They make you mad? Swap their sugar with salt and watch them ‘enjoy’ their morning coffee.
#JustSaying
* Don’t get mad, get everything
Phrase made famous by Donald Trump’s ex wife, Ivanka Trump.
Why get mad when you can get everything? This works where there is no pre-nup for example.
* Don’t get mad, get better
You have to use your anger positively sometimes.
When they tell you you can’t do it, find out why then do it anyway. Be better today than yesterday using your anger as a building block!
* Don’t get mad, get madder
This is an ‘when all else fails’ situation!
Why always be the voice of reason? Sometimes be the voice of madness jare

I like this list. And for those who find the excesses of rich people very, very annoying. Don't get mad… get rich!
