For someone whose workout routine comprises walking down the office stairs, it blew me away that someone could create these impossible handstands. I reached out to him to find out how he started.
‘Well I started training on the floor first and building my core. Every day I would a combination of ten push-ups and ten dips. Then I learned how to do a handstand on a dip bar and straight bar in after three months of consistent training.
‘Again a gym opened up a close to where I live and that’s when I started practising on the Dumbbells and barbells. But most importantly I started to get this urge to be the first to do things so I started flipping them, rolling them, catching them in mid air, twisting them and going down the stairs with them, basically things no one had done before, so when I die I can be remembered for something.’
