According to reports, Zoe took the presenter to court for maliciously attacking and intimidating her after several years of dating which led to her having a son for him.
Speaking with the Sowetan ahead of the court hearing, Zoe Mthiyane says she hopes to get a positive result from the suit.
‘This is the last resort for me. I waited a long time to get here. I’m hoping to get a positive result for the sake of my boy. When you have a child, you don’t dream of being a single mom, and what we are going through is stressful but necessary. I want the best for my boy. I have had to mother up.’
Reports added that Zoe Mthiyane who had the child in 2013, is demanding R28,900 a month towards the maintenance of his son.
