Organisers unveiled nominees last night with the movie, which focuses on child marriage and its medical effects, leading the others with nominations in nine categories.
Stephanie Okereke is nominated for Best Director while the movie is also up for ‘Best Overall Movie’, ‘Best Cinematographer’, ‘Best Art Director’, ‘Best Costume Designer’, ‘Best Make-up Artiste’ amongst others.
Fast rising young actress, Zubaidat Ibrahim Fagge is also nominated for ‘Best Supporting Actress’ for her role in Dry.
