Award winning South African hip pop act, AKA has set a standard for music lovers, by telling them to purchase a copy of his album or forget about photo opportunities with him.
The ‘Levels’ rapper, who is expecting his first child with girlfriend, DJ Zinhle, feels he will be cheated after labouring so hard on his first studio album if people pirate his music.
AKA, whose real name is Kiernan Forbes, recently took to Twitter reaching out to fans to anticipate and actually buy his albums and single or forget about snapping photos with him.
But what we don’t know is how AKA will know those who have bought his albums from those who have not when fans ask for photo opportunities.
