Ghanaian gospel singer Sonnie Badu is set to embark on a 3-month tour of the U.S, scheduled to run from June to August.
Badu has already performed alongside international gospel artists such as Juanita Bynum, Lionel Peterson, Alvin Slaughter, Noel Robinson, Muyiwa, and Nigerian artistes Sammy Okposo, Mike Aremu and other gospel ministers. Now, he’s setting out on his own, keen to take his art across the US.
The musician-entreprenuer began his ministry at a young age in his hometown of Accra, Ghana. Sonnie has now won several prestigious awards worldwide, which include BEFTA, Africa Gospel Music Awards, GUBA Awards, and British Gospel Music Awards.
His latest album was recorded by Grammy Award winner Danny Duncan.
