Super Eagles combative midfielder, Ogenyi Onazi, who was returning to Lagos yesterday, after his traditional wedding which held in Benin on Thursday, miraculously escaped unhurt in an auto accident.

The 23-year-old Lazio of Italy holding midfielder, who will be having his white wedding in Lagos today, was full of praises to God. He took to Instagram to share a video from the scene along with a message to show appreciation to God for sparing his life:
It is learnt that Onazi who was riding in his Black Range Rover with his brothers, crashed into a ditch while trying to avoid a bad spot on the Ogere area of Ogun State on the Lagos/Ibadan expressway. As a result, the rear tire burst and was torn into pieces. Luckily for him, he was able to keep the vehicle stable after the blowout.
