The Miss Nigeria Organisation has unveiled the Miss Nigeria Beauty and Fashion Fair, scheduled for March 22–23, 2026, at the Eko Hotel in Lagos. Beyond being a standalone event, the fair officially launches the Miss Nigeria 2026 season, a full-year journey to crown the next titleholder, under the theme “She is Made of More.”

Miss Nigeria has long been associated with depth and impact. Over the years, the platform has produced women who have gone on to make their mark in fields ranging from business and healthcare to the arts and social advocacy. The “She is Made of More” campaign builds on that heritage, honouring women whose contributions extend well beyond aesthetics, while encouraging a new wave of women to step confidently into their potential.
Heritage also plays a central role in this year’s fair. The event will run alongside the renowned Daily Times Young Designer of the Year competition, a platform credited with nurturing some of Nigeria’s most celebrated fashion figures, including Folorunsho Alakija. The pairing creates a lively convergence of beauty, fashion, and entrepreneurship, giving emerging creatives and business-minded individuals a stage to gain visibility and support.
Commenting on the occasion, Miss Nigeria Organisation Chairman Rita Dominic expressed excitement about the launch, describing the fair as a reflection of Nigerian strength and potential and framing the season not merely as a search for a queen, but as an investment in a generation of future leaders.
As Nigeria’s oldest beauty pageant, Miss Nigeria has grown into an institution that champions culture, values, and female leadership. The Beauty and Fashion Fair extends that mission, creating an environment where attendees can discover new brands, engage with industry voices, and draw inspiration from stories of creativity, ambition, and purpose.
