Award-winning singer, Sam Smith has revealed he can’t wait until the moment he’s able to speak again, after recently undergoing surgery. The 23-year-old star underwent surgery on his vocal cords last month and having subsequently been ordered not to speak, Sam is anxious to say his first words in the coming hours.
The ‘Stay With Me’ hitmaker tweeted : ‘2 more sleeps till I can speak for the first time in 3 weeks.’ ‘My first words shall be ‘F**k me that was s**t’ (sic).’
Since undergoing surgery in the US, Sam has been using a female voice app that sounds similar to Professor Stephen Hawking‘s speaking device to communicate. The London-born singer downloaded the software so he can still engage with his friends and family because of the surgical procedure he was forced to undergo to to save his voice.
