The profile of Douglas Jack Agu otherwise called ‘Runtown’ has been on the rise since the success of his smash hit tune ‘Gallardo’ featuring Davido.
His remarkable success as of one of Nigeria’s fast rising pop sensations has broken several boundaries in the music industry within a very short period of time, and he doesn’t seem ready to slow down anytime soon.
Runtown, who just returned from a trip to East Africa where he had a very successful media tour in Nairobi, Kenya with top TV stations like Kiss TV, Citizens TV, One FM, Spice Magazine, KTN, Homeboyz Radio and many more, also delivered a very energetic performance at the ‘Lagos Party concert’ in Nairobi with a thrilling performance of his songs ‘Successful’ and ‘Gallardo’.
By popular demand, Runtown is due back in Nairobi Kenya on Saturday, November 1, 2014 to headline the ‘Naija Nite Concert’.
In august, he won the ‘Best Collaboration Award’ for the song Gallardo at the NEA Awards in New York in August and his Twitter account got verified a few months ago, which all mean the good times are here for the act currently signed on to Eric Manny entertainment.
He recently released the visuals for his new song, ‘Baby Answer’.
