TMZ has obtained a copy of Roddy Piper‘s death certificate which reveals the wrestling legend died from a heart attack caused by a blood clot.
The blood clot was caused by hypertension which the WWE icon had lived with for years.
Roddy who is survived by his wife and four children, died on July 30, 2015 at the age of 61.
