At the moment, no one knows for sure if there’s certainly a deal pending between Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage and Jay Z‘s ‘Roc Nation’.
Even though an inside source told us ‘Tiwa will sign a management deal with Roc Nation and remain signed to Mavin as her label’, Tiwa and Mavin have maintained a suspicious silence, which could suggest agreement.
Our findings however reveal that Roc Nation, an American entertainment company established by rapper Jay Z in 2008 has three (3) different deals (management, publishing and full record deals) it offers. Read more about it HERE.
If the deal pulls through, Tiwa Savage will be the first female Nigerian act to go global. She’ll also have access to collaborate with her label mates and duet with countless international acts.
