In a telephone conversation with NET, Yakubu said the guild is still in shock as regards the actor’s demise. He told NET few days ago of the guild’s interest in raising the required funds to save Nkulor’s life.
‘We are still just getting over the shock… we had planned well but before we knew it, it had gotten to the serious stage. I guess its the way God wants it,’ he said.
Although plans for the actor’s burial haven’t been released, Yakubu assured that the AGN will play a vital role in his burial, adding that ‘…the state chapter will work with his family on that and AGN will do for him a night of tribute and every other thing that we ought to’.
Nkulor, who was diagnosed with renal failure, died two days ago at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital, Osun State.
