‘Resume or Resign’ protest convener, Charly Boy, has called out singer, 2Baba, for staying quiet about the protest calling for the president to return to the country or resign.
According to Charly Boy, those who stay mum on problems are also part of the problem.
‘Even if na to encourage the young people wey dey put themselves in harm’s way, that one hard you to do?’ Charly Boy said in a clip on Instagram.
He went on to say the likes of 2Baba who sit by the sidelines at such a time are the problem.

‘Those who fold their hands when the nation is heading south, are not only a part of the problem – they are the fucking problem.’
Recall that 2Baba had rallied people earlier this year for a nationwide protest against bad leadership.
However, the singer pulled out two days before the planned protest in February, citing security concerns.
‘Dear Nigerians, after due consultations, it has become clear that the One Voice Nigeria protest scheduled to hold in Lagos and Abuja on Monday the 6th of February is under serious threat of hijack by interests not aligned with our ideals,’ he said at the time.
