Indigenous language rapper, Remilekun Khalid Safaru otherwise called Reminisce, is now No. 12 on the Billboard World Music Albums Chart with his 3rd studio album, Baba Hafusa which was released on April 30, 2015.
Other Nigerian acts who made the Billboard Chart include Tuface Idibia with his 6th studio album, Ascension as well as Asa’s Beautiful Imperfection album.
Recall that in July 2014, Reminisce was named by TIME Magazine on the magazine’s list of top 7 rappers to meet in the world.
