After barely staying a week in the Project Fame West Africa academy, contestants Tega Apochie and Sierra Leonean Edwards Wright have been evicted from the on-going show, making them the first set of contestants to be eliminated from season five.
Although Tega and Edwards gave a good account of themselves – (Tega rendered ‘Don’t let go’ by En Vogue while Edward performed Backstreet Boys’ ‘Don’t leave me’), that wasn’t enough to keep them in the show as they failed to secure enough votes from viewers.
The show now leaves 13 contestants all gunning for the number one spot to be decided by more brilliant music performances to be judged by you the viewers and judges – Bantu, Bibi Brew and Tee-Y Mix.
