Not much has been heard of D’banj on the Nigerian music scene in recent times and despite his single, ‘Omini’ being released last month, it hasn’t made much of a splash.
However, we can tell you that apart from recently becoming an ambassador for Beats By Dre, now owned by Apple, D’banj joined Senegal-born American superstar, Akon to record a single titled ‘Frosh’ as well as the video.
Pictures of the video shoot were recently shared on Instagram, following the release of a short studio session video showing the two in the studio during the recording of the song last week.
