Winner of the 2011 edition of Big Brother Africa Amplified, Karen Igho, yesterday, Friday, April 6, 2012, hosted her friends and fans to her ‘Karen Amplified’ birthday party at the Club Scintilla, Lekki.
The party was hosted by Channel O presenter Denrele Edun and was attended by Comrade Tom Ateke, leader of the Niger Delta Vigilante Group along with popular Nigerian celebrities – Tiwa Savage, Praiz, Iyanya, AY, Minjin, Black Solo, IK Osakioduwa and others.
Also in attendance were some of her former BBA housemates, Otono, Wendall, Mumba, and Millicent who boogied down with the birthday girl.
The high point of the party was the unveiling and parade of the urban style-street wear collection of her T shirt line ‘Karenified 84’. According to Karen, proceeds made from the sales of the shirts will be donated to charity causes.
However, the party turned out sour for a certain Mr Edward Ibisi whose black Honda automobile was stolen at the party venue, same with a certain Miss Kachi whose mobile phone was stolen too.
