- Psquare and Akon chilling out in Square Ville…
Senegalese-American pop-urban singer Akon paid pop duo Psquare a ‘surprise visit’ last night Monday, March 26, 2012.
‘Gues who I have here in square ville?…. #psquaresMansion‘, Peter Okoye teased his fans on Twitter before elder brother and video director Jude Okoye eventually let the cat out of the bag when he tweeted a picture.
‘@Akon surprise visit 2 Square ville lastnight..‘, Peter Okoye excitedly tweeted.
The relationship between the Konvict-Konlive boss and the pop twins started up late last year when Akon visited Nigeria for a launch. Akon was said to have signed Psquare as representatives to his label.
Months later he featured on the remix to their ‘Chop my money single’ which gained much publicity when a video to the song was released.
