Ahead of Muhammadu Buhari’s swearing-in ceremony tomorrow, May 29, 2015, outgoing President of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan officially handed over a comprehensive report of his administration to the President-Elect at the State House in Abuja earlier today.
Shortly after the hand over, Jonathan then took Buhari on a tour of the Aso Rock Presidential Villa.
