Davido has officially signed his cousin and label mate Sina Adeleke better known as Sinarambo to his HKN label. The singing was done on the night of August 27, 2012.
‘Congrats @SINARAMBO officially signed to HKN 2day! Time 2 get money cuzzo and hbd!!!’, Davdio tweeted at Sinarambo who is coincidentally celebrating his birthday today.
Sinarambo will now be looking at releasing new materials and working on his debut album. Already a video has been shot for his upcoming debut single ‘Ijo Sina’.
Sina enjoyed cameo appearances on three songs off Davido’s debut album tittled ‘Omo Baba Olowo: Genesis‘ namely ‘New Skool Tinz‘ which also features B.Red, ‘No visa‘ and the fourth single ‘Overseas‘.
As cousins, Davido, Sina and B.Red have stayed close over the years. ‘It’s no coincidence they all pursued music‘, a friend tells us.
Other artistes under the HKN label (although it is not confirmed if they are actually signed) include Sina’s brother B.Red, producer Shizzi who produced ‘Dami duro’ and DJ Snatch.
