
The much awaited auditions for the ‘Dance With Peter’ reality TV show will be going down tomorrow, September 1, in Accra, Ghana, at the National Theater.
‘Dance With Peter’ is a dance competition for the youth and is being organised by Peter Okoye, the other half of P-Square.
Peter is expected to be in Accra along with judges for the Ghana phase of the auditioning.
Six top dancers will be selected from tomorrow’s auditions to join other dancers from auditions in Nigeria for a taxing contest for the big prizes.
The winner of the competition will be given a brand new Toyota RAV4 car and a GHc45,000 cash prize. The first runner-up goes home with a Honda Civic car plus GHc30,000, while the second runner-up takes GHc 15,000 and a Kia Rio.
Apart from these mouth watering prizes, the winners also have an opportunity to walk the way of fame and professional fortune as they get the opportunity to appear in the music videos of P-Square and other Glo ambassadors.
The competition is open to all categories of dancers, be it solo, duet or group.

The judges and crew of the dance reality show, Dance with Peter, being sponsored by Globacom, will be in Benin City, Edo State capital, to audition candidates for the reality show today.
“Dance With Peter” is organised by Peter Okoye, the sensational African dance prodigy and the twin brother and partner in the multiple award-winning musical group, P-Square.
The competition is giving dancers from all over Nigeria and Ghana the opportunity to have a shot at winning the grand prize of a brand new Toyota RAV 4, N3 million and an opportunity to feature in P-Square’s next music video.
They also stand a chance to win as first and second runners-up, a brand new Honda Civic car with N2 million, and a brand new Kia Rio car with N1 million respectively. The runners up will also have the chance to feature in a top Glo Ambassador’s music videos.
The Abuja audition was held on Friday 28 of August, 2015, at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, where six finalists were selected. The audition train then moved to Accra, Ghana where another six finalists were selected.
Dancers from Benin City and environs will today gather at the Oba Akenzua Cultural Centre, Airport Road, to slug it out for the six tickets up available in the region.
The audition train will then move to Bamako Studios, 1 Bamako Street, Ojodu, Lagos on Tuesday, September 8, when the best six dancers from the South-west will be selected.
The final audition for “Dance with Peter” will be held in Port Harcourt on September 10 at the Atrium Event Center, Stadium Road.
The finalists from the various regions will then fight for glory, competing against each other over a few weeks in Lagos. The competition will be beamed to Nigerians.
