Super Eagles player, Obafemi Martins was recently spotted at the Maternity Island hospital and the SOS Village, Lagos, making donations which included money, food items and toiletries to the occupants.
This gesture, NET gathered is in line with his promise made earlier in the year that his foundation, Obafemi Martins Aid Foundation, will give support to women and children.
The Obafemi Martins Aid Foundation is dedicated to the memory of the striker’s mother and brother, who are now both deceased.
