What a time to be alive! While Gucci Mane is just coming out of prison after serving about 2 years, an upcoming rapper from Brooklyn, Troy Ave seems to be going into the slammer.
Trove Ave who allegedly has a score to settle with a fellow rapper was captured on surveillance video opening fire backstage during a T.I. concert, killing one and wounding two others at Irving Plaza according to reports.

Troy accidentally shot himself in the leg during the chaos on Wednesday night, sources said. He has been charged with attempted murder and illegal weapons possession. He’s expected to face a murder charge pending the results of tests.
The suspect, who was also scheduled to perform at the show, is reportedly feuding with rapper Mains who had just left the stage when his rival fired at least five shots from a 9-mm. handgun in a green room above the stage, sources said.
Video shows the 33-year-old gunman barging into the backstage area just after 10 p.m. sporting a gold chain and opening fire as people scurried for cover.

The NYPD had earlier clarified that ‘T.I. did not appear to be involved with this in any way.’ The Atlanta rapper had extended his sympathies to the deceased victim’s family via social media, writing, ‘Rest in Peace Bro. God bless.’
