Weeks after Roger Ferderer defeated Novak Djokovic at the Dubia Duty Free Tennis Championships, the Serbian professional star returned the favour by beating his Swiss rival in the BNP Paribas Open title in India.
Djokovic who is currently ranked as World’s no.1 achieved the landmark on Sunday, March 22, 2015 by beating Federer 6-3, 6-7, 6-2 in the finals for a second year in a row.
Novak Djokovic first won the trophy in 2008, 2011, and now, he’s won it twice in row: 2014 and 2015.
