Four months after he turned 33, Okechuckwu Ukeje aka OC Ukeje has wedded his heartthrob, Ibukun Togonu Bickersteth.
The award winning Nollywood actor married Ibukun on November 8, 2014 at the Hoares Memorial Methodist Cathedral in Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria.
According to investigation conducted by Nigerian Entertainment Today, OC and Ibukun had been in a romantic relationship since 2013 but met back in 2012.
It was further gathered that OC and Ibukun had smartly kept their relationship out of the public to avoid constant scrutiny of the private world of Ibukun, who is based in Canada.
The actor, who had predicted a 2014 wedding for himself, unveiled his bride to the world after the two had completed a pre-wedding photoshoot by Chidi Nwankwo of Chyder5 Photography.
The day kicked off with OC and Ibukun’s traditional wedding at the Youth Church Hall before proceeding to the Hoare’s Memorial Methodist Cathedral, Yaba, Lagos for the white wedding.
For a grand reception, the expertise and services of Zapphire events was contracted by the couple for their wedding reception venue.
OC and his groomsmen-one of whom was his best friend, Kemi Lala Akindoju– wore an ox-blood coloured jacket by Mai Atafo’s fashion line while his wife looked stunning in her white wedding gown.

Ibukun Togonu Bickersteth is the only daughter of Olawunmi Togonu Bickersteth, who works at the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
Ibukun has two brothers, Adebayo and Jide Bickersteth, who currently reside in Canada after completing their education.
Ibukun and her brother, Adebayo Bickersteth graduated from a Canadian university in 2013.
