The breakup between Nicki Minaj and Safaree Samuels got a lot more attention than their intimate relationship ever had.
The two have used platforms such as Music and Twitter for accusations of unfaithfulness and other claims explaining why their relationship didn’t work out and Safaree has a new response.
Recently, Safaree released a song describing his relationship with the Young Money female rapper, with Nicki then accussing Safaree of cheating on her.
Even more recently, Safaree spoke with a TMZ reporter about Nicki’s unfaithful accusations, explaining that ‘nobody’s perfect’ and that it was just one song from his album.
‘It’s a two-way street, I’m not perfect, nobody’s perfect, I’m happy now.’ ‘I couldn’t be happier,’ he said
‘I done put the song out, not as a diss song. I’m not trying to air nothing out. It’s just me explaining where I’m coming from, I’m not trying to beat anyone down or nothing like that.’
