News of Sepp Blatter’s decision not to resign as FIFA president is currently generating mixed reactions online across the world and Nigeria is not an exception.
Blatter was quoted in a Swiss newspaper, Blick, saying he has not resigned as President of the world football body. ‘I have not resigned. Rather, I have made my mandate available at an extraordinary congress,’ he said.
