Ayorinde Faboro, popularly known as Dokta Frabz, was a Nigerian producer and singer. Dokta Frabz began his music career professionally in 2006 and devoted himself to creating music that stood the test of time.
He’s the maker of hit songs like ‘Jasi – D’banj’, ‘Ako Mi Ti Poju – Naeto C’, ‘Lagos Party – Banky W’, ‘Thank God – Dagrin ft Omawumi’ and ‘Joy – Wizkid’.
Though circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, reports by some of his colleagues say he was the victim of a shooting on Saturday, February 27, 2021, in Maryland, United States, where he resides.
Netng could not immediately confirm this as the Maryland Police Department is yet to respond to an email by Netng correspondent seeking information about the cause of his death. We mourn the loss of another industry giant and commiserate with family and friends.
Rest In Peace Dokta Frabz 🕊️
