At the early hours of today, Friday, August 5, 2011, famous US controversial rapper, Nicki Minaj gave the American audience a peek of her left breast while performing, ‘Moment 4 Life’, on the Good Morning America (GMA) show at the Central Park’s Rumsey Playfield in New York, an incident which according to the angered Parents Television Council (PTC) could have been prevented.
According to PTC, the incident would have been prevented if the American Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) has observed the supposed five-second delay before airing the show.
Speaking with US online news weblog TMZ, president of PTC, Tim Winter lamented, ‘For the umpteenth time in recent memory a morning news show has included inappropriate content for children and families’.
Nicki Minaj won the award for the ‘Best Female Hip Hop Artiste’ at the BET Awards 2011.
