On Thursday, American rapper, Kanye West, released a “leave my wife alone” rant which he directed at fellow celebrities Drake, Nick Cannon and Tyson Beckford.

Addressing Nick Cannon who is Mariah Carey’s ex-husband, Kanye said that though the artiste and his wife Kim Kardashian used to date, he shouldn’t mention her name during interviews or if someone brings up her name. West opined Cannon should rather say,‘I respect that man, I’m not speaking on that.’
But Nick took to his own Instagram to respond to the G.O.O.D Music boss, saying that he doesn’t believe that he said anything disrespectful at all. Cannon also said Kanye nor anyone else is going to tell him what to say or how to answer questions when they’re asked.
He captioned his post thus: “@Kanyewest holla at me!! Let’s get your Spirit right! ✊🏾”
