Just when you thought the ‘Oliver’ fever had died down, UK singer Estelle has gone ahead to revive it! Estelle has released her own version of the chart-topping D’banj single.
The Grammy Award Londoner sings in a very similar pattern to which D’banj did on the single (which spurned a series of viral videos last year). The song’s original chorus and bridge are however not altered.
The international remix might not be as ‘listener-worthy’ as the original song but will definitely favour D’banj who will draw a few fans of the UK singer to the face of his own music and art.
D’banj is yet to release his fourth album ‘Mr Endowed‘ but Don Jazzy in interview has assured fans that it will drop in 2012. D’banj and Don Jazzy were signed unto Kanye West’s G.O.O.D Music in 2011.

Mr Dapo,pls don”t insinuate anything here.However,Oliver Twist by D”banj is purely comical,not intended to make plenty sense.U”r jus s”pposed to listen and laugh over it.However,when D”banj is serious,he is serious and when he decides to be comical,he is comical.There are many songs he has sung that make sense and there are many he has sung that u just laugh at….SIMPLES!!!
Dapo, she remixed what she prefers from all the naija songs and not your own choice, its a remix of dbanj song, and u were supposed to enjoy it and not judge which song she’s supposed to remix..

She remixed it cos Dbanj’s song is closer to her as she is on GOOD music too, same as Dbanj, so dey are label mates and its easier for her!
