It’s just a few days before Valentine’s Day and one of our favourite rappers M.I is basking in the euphoria of love. With a few days left before he releases his eagerly anticipated Illegal Music II mixtape, the ‘short black boy’ shares with us something to feel special about this season.
However, Cupid will be downright ashamed of the J-Town ‘repper’ as he seems caught up in too much love to create the kind of sound we know and expect him to.
On seven Days, M.I sings and raps; but fails to do justice to the singing. In an apparent effort to deliver a commercial single, M.I trys to take on a Don jazzy-esque role but falls off halfway. Sadly, his rhymes don’t make up for his faults.
That being said, do not be surprised, if this cut makes its way to the clubs. Read my lips: do not be surprised…

Abeg d song is not as bad as u guys r sayin it is.it’s simillar 2 his previous songs “forever” n “1 naira”,n we all liked doz songs.i dint xpect him 2 hardcore on dis 1,i new it was gonna b mellow.still anticipating his mixtape
