Myst is a Nigerian singer/songwriter who started out as a member of a neighborhood Church choir at the age of 7 and has since morphed into a passionate singer in a class of her own. Her voice is husky and soulful and her music, lyrics, melodies and harmonies come out in a unique way.
She has written for several artists and featured on songs with the likes of Sasha, Naeto C, Beazy, Hakym The Dream, Black magic, Lynxxx and Lami amongst others.
She was also selected to represent Nigeria in the making of ‘Oh Africa’, Pepsi’s 2010 world cup theme song, alongside Akon, Keri Hilson and Rockcity.
The vocalist has been on a sabbatical, choosing to attend to the demands and needs of family life, but has now made her return with the release of her first single in three years, ‘If Only‘, produced by Dokta Frabz.
