The last year has seen the Choc Boiz – M.I, Ice Prince, BrymO and Jesse Jagz rise high in the music scene with their individual and collaborative efforts but frankly speaking ‘Jesse ‘Jargo’ Jagz has been quite silent when it comes to releasing music. His debut work ‘Jagz Of All Trades‘ met lukewarm reviews and much is still expected from the Abaga brother.
His newest single ‘Lasgidi grinding‘, yet another ode to the very popular city where some will say defines the word ‘hustle’, might just carry Jagz to the fore front way ahead of his label mates. Handling the production himself, Jesse’s intro gives one the chills, ‘To all my people hustling from Ikeja down to Falomo/my people getting high on Hennessy to Alomo‘, Jesse isn’t joking.
Lovely comeback…
