Reggae is one genre that’s finding it hard to make a comeback in the Nigerian music scene as other genres like Pop, Hip-hop and R&B are clearly dominating.
At most what we hear close to the very inspiring ‘Reggae‘ style is Dancehall which readily fits in the clubs. However a few acts still tow down the line and are determined to restore it’s lost glory. One of them is Jah Device.
His ‘This love‘ single which should strike an emotional chord in you might not be you regular Majek Fashek, Ras Kimono or Evi Edna Ogoli classic but is satisfactory enough in a time like this. Beautiful tune.
