Ashionye Ugboh-Raccah or Ashionye for short has a ‘diva commanding presence’ whenever she steps up in the spotlight. Be it her acting in the popular drama series Tinsel or when she steps inside her music shoes. The lady emits an aura that leaves other ladies watching.
In the absence of her music, listeners have leaned over to other singers who have steadily risen over the years with good taste of Nigerian music but nevertheless, Ashionye’s style hasn’t been duplicated.
‘Just a lil bit‘ might just be what she needs to gain weight back and show her fans she’s not bowing out anytime soon. The techno-laced joint is an instant dance tune that shows another side of Ash; subtle, softer and more emotional. The lyrics sung in English and Igbo do justice to the whole feel.
The official single which is the first of two albums Ashionye has recorded was produced by Tee-Y Mix.

I must say I’m totally feeling this song. A breathe of fresh air in our commercial naija infested music industry. Ashionye’s style definitely cannot be duplicated.
