Mercy Eke, winner of the fourth edition of the reality show Big Brother Naija ‘Pepper Dem’ edition and Ike Onyeama, also a housemate on the reality show, have emerged NET Honours ‘Most Popular Couple’ for the class of 2020.
The duo met and started their romance in the house and are still going strong. After winning the competition, Mercy and Ike landed their own eponymous reality show on DStv.
The Mercy & Ike show takes us behind the scenes of their new relationship post BBNaija. The couple try to figure out the future of their union while handling the pressure of constantly being in the spotlight.
Mercy and Ike took the title this year as the ‘Most Popular Couple’ over Davido and Chioma, who won the title last year.
Other contenders in the category are fan-favourites like Adesua and Banky W, Funke Akindele and JJC Skillz, and Simi and Adekunle Gold.
