Yesterday night, Thursday 8, January 2015, the iconic Eiffel Tower in France dimmed its lights as the country ended a day of mourning for those killed in a terrorist attack in Paris the day before.
It was reported that armed security men stormed the offices of satirical newspaper, Charlie Hebdo killing 10 journalists and two police officers.
The armed men, who are believed to be Islamist extremists, were still on the run as at Thursday evening local time.
