A few days ago, we reported that PDP presidential campaign posters have been spotted in Ghana.
Now, perhaps as surprised as we were to see the posters in the Ghanaian capital, the Accra Metropolitan Assembly has ordered the removal of all billboards promoting Nigerian political candidates in the country.
According to reports from Ghana, officials say the demolishing the bill boards is in line with the mandate of the country’s National security process through the direction of AMA.
The presidential election in Nigeria is billed to take place on Saturday, February 14, 2015 with APC presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari the main contender of PDP’s Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. Thought how and why posters found their way to Ghana still beats imagination.
