At the end of every year, City People, one of Nigeria’s largest circulating celebrity magazines, chooses its Man Of The Year every year.
The whole idea is usually to choose a prominent Nigerian whose activity is of national importance and has touched the lives of many Nigerians positively as the case may be.
This year, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been named the 2014 City People Man of The Year for sustaining robust opposition in Nigeria and as a man whose sheer force of strategy and creativity has kept the opposition alive and kicking.
In August 2012, Tinubu delivered a speech at the Woodrow Wilson Centre in Washington DC, where he spoke about The Role of The Opposition In Meeting Nigeria’s Challenges and at the event, Tinubu said: ‘The problem with our current rulers is not that they don’t love Nigeria. They love the concept of Nigeria well enough. The real problem is that they care little for the average Nigerian. I have no delusions. The task of developing Nigeria will be hard. The task of unseating the current party in power may even be harder. Yet, for the good of Nigeria, the opposition must persevere, the international community must support Nigeria in the renewed struggle to ensure the sanctity of the ballot box, foster respect for the rule of law and to build democratic and economic institutions that will endure.’

For example, if there is a tall building or structure in Angry Birds, you should be inclined to attack the point where the weight rest’s on, or
the weak point of the structure. Now let’s not
forget the most important period – lunchtime. How about a phrase from a song that you’d
like to have as a notification.
