As we count down to the 2015 edition of the Nigerian Entertainment Conference, the spotlight is on speakers, panelists and moderators of the all-important roundtable event.
The conference will hold on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Eko Hotel, Lagos and it is an avenue for stakeholders to come together and chart a clear path of purpose and progress for the Nigerian entertainment scene. And Mo Abudu, a popular talk show host, TV producer and media entrepreneur, is one of the speakers.
Abudu started off her career in the UK as a recruitment consultant in 1987, becoming a branch manager. She went on to work for the Starform Group, managing the Corporate Credit Management Exhibition from 1990 to 1992. In 1993 she joined Arthur Andersen for Esso Exploration & Production Nigeria Limited (now ExxonMobil) to head their Human Resources and Training unit. She left in 2000 to establish a privately owned specialist human resources development company known as Vic Lawrence & Associates Limited (popularly known as VLA).
At the all-day conference, which will also have entertainment personalities including Davido, Eldee, Joke Silva, Sheyi Akerele along with other top media personalities including Ayeni Adekunle, Alex Okosi, Tokunnbo Adodo, George Thorpe, Jason Njoku, Mo will be dwelling on the interesting topic: ‘Buying and Selling Nigerian Entertainment and Everything in-Between.’
