The latest episode of MTV Base’s Slayed or Shade was all about throwing it back to this year’s Oscars. MTV VJ, Sammy Walsh, and her guests reminisced about their favourite looks from the star-studded event.
While teen pop sensation, Zendaya, and seasoned actress, Nicole Kidman, were praised for their fresh and elegant looks, Black Panther Star, Chadwick Boseman, did not receive such warm reviews.

Although Sammy Walsh did mention that the look was one of her favourites, Jade made it known that she thought the whole Wakanda movement was being overplayed while saying she wasn’t for any of the cast of Black Panther on the red carpet because she felt their pieces weren’t well put together. Oh no they didn’t !
