Towards aiming for the benefits associated with a cashless society, as well as seeking customer satisfaction, one of Nigeria’s leading telecommunications service provider, MTN, has announced ‘a revolutionary product’ called MOBILE MONEY, which eases the stress usually encountered with cash transactions.
This service, in partnership with one of the country’s leading financial institutions, GTBank, is expected to ‘deliver a more convenient means of money transaction between family, loved ones and business partners across the country using an MTN mobile phone’.
MTN Nigeria announced today, that with this new and innovative service, subscribers can
– Send and receive money across the country with your phone.
– Recharge phones by purchasing airtime.
– Pay bills e.t.c.
According to the official statement by the company, ‘Mobile Money is a fast and convenient way of sending money when in an emergency or when paying bills, we have been able to create this new service which will be beneficial to a lot of Nigerians on the MTN network as well as Non-users’.

This is exactly what i have been waiting for…I mean its about time we had this feature. I’d really love o do buisness with this. I just cant wait till i get more concrete information and start doing real buisness with this. Thanks MTN…Its probably gonna b in ur favour, but its still nice 🙂
