Since the disappearance of Castro, believed to have gone missing while on a jet ski holiday in July 2014 with Asamoah Gyan’s family, a lot has has been said about the missing rapper. But fellow Ghanaian hip life artiste, BB Da Boywonda has now come out to say the missing star will feature in the new music video he is working on.
Speaking in a recent interview with myjoyonline, the ‘Bod33di’ singer claims they grew together in a neighbourhood of Takoradi and he is sure Castro is still alive.
‘I know Castro very well from childhood; we grew up in the same neighbourhood in Takoradi, so we are very close. He is like a big brother to me so I know him very well…for like 20 years now. I was there with them…I know Ghanaians really know what happened but the little that I can say is my brother is still alive and everybody should calm down.
‘Castro is alive and I know he will be part of the video,’ he added.
No one knows but fans will hope it’s not another publicity stunt after OAP, Andy Dosty caused controversy last month by posting a photo with Castro on Facebook with the caption: ‘Oh Lord! We thank you. Finally’ as if implying the missing musician has been found.
