Joe Jackson was rushed to the Albert Einstein Hospital in Sao Paulo on July 26 after reportedly suffering a stroke and three heart attacks while celebrating his 87th birthday in Brazil.
The father of late Micheal Jackson has now recovered and was discharged from the facility on Monday, August 3, 2015.
The former The Jackson 5 manager is expected to return to the United States, accompanied by his daughter, Janet Jackson and son Jermaine who jetted out to be by his bedside, according to New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column.
Janet was preparing for her upcoming ‘The Unbreakable World Tour’, which kicks off later this month when the news broke, leading her to abandon rehearsals to be with her father.
