Based on the 2014 transfer market valuations, 12 football stars have been named in the Best ‘Market Value XI’.
According to Metro Sport reports, the list includes 4 players from Real Madrid (Cristiano Ronaldo (£105.6m), Gareth Bale (£70.4m), James Rodriguez (£52.8m) and Luka Modric (£48.8m) while three players are from Bayern Munich (David Alaba (£30.8m), Philipp Lahm (£26.4), Manuel Neuer (£35.m) and each from Barcelona – Lionel Messi (£105.6m), Manchester City (Eliaquim Mangala at £30.8m), Juventus (Paul Pogba at £39.8m) and PSG (Thiago Silva for £35.8m.)

As things stand, the 2014 World’s Best Player will be chosen from among the trio of Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Manuel Neuer who are all listed.
