It’s no more news that pop singer May D has been taken off the roster of Square Records, the label he once called home.
It is however interesting to learn that the singer’s official YouTube page has also been deleted. Apparently managed by internet video streaming service Iroko Partners, the page was deleted, along with his videos – ‘Soundtrack’ and ‘Ile Ijo’ on Monday, August 27, 2012.
Square Records’ Youtube accounts are also managed by Iroko Partners, but it’s unclear who deleted the account – Square Records, Iroko or even May D himself.
The singer’s songs are however still available on Iroko music website www.iroking.com. E-mails sent to Iroko have not been replied. Square Records have also kept mum on the matter.
In a recent interview, Psquare said May D’s leaving the label had to do with ‘management issues’.

Let the square records do whatever they. Afterall are there not many record label in naija?
At first I thuoght it was rumour but now I so Believe… Only God know the truth…. Jude annouced May D out of their Label without his notice.. Embarassed him.. Now deleting is Youtube account…. It must be Jude again.
I really believe p-square are bigger than all what they did for the small boy. They should please free him
