‘Mad Men’ star, Jon Hamm has split from his partner of 18 years, actress Jennifer Westfeldt. The pair announced their separation in a joint statement.
The couple have called time on their relationship but have vowed to continue to be ‘supportive of each other’.
In a statement to UsMagazine, the pair said: ‘With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history. We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward.’
They Hollywood stars reportedly started dating, since meeting at a party in 1997.
