Just like Beyonce, Multiple award-winning British singer, Adele could go a step closer to winning a quadruple of the most important awards following her nomination at the 2016 Emmy Awards.
The nominees list was released on Thursday night and Adele was acknowledged with a first Emmy nomination, for Outstanding Variety Special for her Adele Live in New York City show.

A win would make her just needing a Tony Awards to completing the coveted quadruple, EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony) awards.
Adele has received 10 Grammys since 2008 and won her first and only Oscar in 2013, for her theme song to the James Bond movie Skyfall.
